Hello, you may call me Ashley, although I am referred to by a whole myriad of other aliases and nick names. I am turning twenty one in a few weeks (November 12th), and I still don't know wtf I want to do with my life, although I am currently pursuing a biology major. In case you're wondering the meaning behind my user name; midmush is just a shortening of "midnight mushrooms", and no, this is not a drug reference. I just like it. As for Jelicle Spezzela? I don't know... they are words I also just like especially when combined.

There is no happiness like mine.
My hobbies include reading, cooking, arts and crafts, video games, and role playing. And by role playing, I do not mean dungeon and dragons, world of warcraft, or the sexual variety. I am referring to the type which takes place online and generally with a community, and is written out. This journal originally started exclusively as a method to stay in touch with some of the friends I've met through role playing... but as time goes on, I find other uses for it as well.

I have been eating poetry.
I am by no means good at projecting my thoughts into words, so I suppose the best way to get to know me is by friending me. As long as we have something in common, I'll most likely add you, if you ask... and perhaps if we have nothing in common and you just seem interesting, I will too.
